A standard medical workup for Alzheimer's disease often includes structural imaging with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography (CT). These tests are primarily used to rule out other conditions that may cause symptoms similar to Alzheimer's but require different treatment. Doctors diagnose Alzheimer's and other types of dementia based on a careful medical history, a physical examination, laboratory tests, and the characteristic changes in thinking, day-to-day function and behavior associated with each type. Doctors can determine that a person has dementia with a high level of certainty.

A house call is medical consultation performed by a doctor or other healthcare professionals visiting the home of a patient or client, instead of the patient visiting the doctor's clinic or hospital. While each home visiting model has its unique aspects, in general, home visiting involves three main intervention activities conducted through one-on-one interactions between home visitors and families: assessing family needs, educating and supporting parents, and referring families to needed services in the community.
Blood glucose levels that remain high for too long can damage your body's tissues and organs. This is mainly due to damage to your blood vessels and nerves, which support your body's tissues. Cardiovascular (heart and blood vessel) issues are the most common type of long-term diabetes complication.
Diabetes majorly increases the risk of many heart problems. These can include coronary artery disease with chest pain (angina), heart attack, stroke and narrowing of arteries (atherosclerosis). If you have diabetes, you're more likely to have heart disease or stroke.
Pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes share almost all of the same risk factors. If you already have pre-diabetes, there is an added risk factor that makes you more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. You're at risk for both pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes if you:
• Have overweight or obesity.
• Are age 45 or older.
• Have a parent or sibling with type 2 diabetes.
• Are physically active less than 3 times a week.
• Have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
• Have ever had gestational diabetes (diabetes during pregnancy) or given birth to a baby who weighed over 9 pounds.
• Reducing and Preventing Facial Wrinkles.
• Correcting Eye Conditions.
• Stop Excessive Sweating.
• Incontinence Treatment.
• Relief for Migraines.
• Treating Neck Spasms.
• Removing Visible Signs of Aging.
• Treating TMJ.
